Carlos and Martin's Tex-Mex Bar and Cantina opened in 2009, and has since become Cayman's hot spot for authentic Mexican food and drinks. Open 7 days a week, they are located in the Seven Mile Shops area, which is very convenient for tourists. 

Carlos and Martin's Tex-Mex Bar and Cantina's menu features classic items such as beef tacos, nachos, fajitas and burritos, as well as 17 different margarita varieties, including their signature "El Toro." With different drink specials every day, this is the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends and family.
